Erik Cook (Managing Partner) brings 20 years of diversified secured lending and international banking experience. Erik's professional experience includes work with both manufacturing and financial services companies, including Chase Manhattan Bank, Merrill Lynch and CNH Capital. Erik has directed start-up ventures, merger integration, business development and turn-around situations. He also has extensive experience in complex deal structuring and in-depth credit analysis. Erik grew up overseas and has the ability to conduct business in five languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese and Danish). He is a former USMC Intelligence Officer and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill.
